You offer the opportunity, and we will handle the rest – from matching you with the right applicants, to delivering extensive pre-employment and wraparound Career Coach support – so that you can hire with confidence.
There are talented young people in your area ready to work. They just need someone to open the door. Many employers can have a candidate in post within 8 weeks.
Wage costs are reimbursed up to 25 hours per week at the relevant National Minimum Wage. Employer National Insurance and minimum pension contributions are covered where applicable. Employers can also claim up to £250 per participant towards eligible set-up costs (exclusive of VAT).
We set young people up to succeed. Each participant receives two weeks of pre-placement preparation, plus ongoing Career Coach support and regular check-ins in work. We add a £300 bursary and specialist mental health support to help them sustain and progress.
